摘 要:探讨了水液压元件研制中摩擦副材料的筛选问题。通过在水液压柱塞泵关键摩擦副模拟试验机上的试验发现,金属或合金与工程塑料组合在水润滑下表现出良好的耐磨损特性。在通用材料摩擦磨损试验机上的试验结果表明,金属或合金与工程塑料的组合具有较低的摩擦因数;工程塑料与等离子喷涂工程陶瓷件组合时摩擦因数也较小,试验得到了速度和载荷对几种材料组合摩擦因数的影响关系。The problem to screen suitable materials for friction pairs in the development of water hydraulic components was discussed. It is found through experiment on the simulation test rig for key friction pairs in pure water hydraulic pump that ferrous metals or alloys assume comparatively satisfying anti-wear features when matched with engineering plastics. Further experiment on the general material friction and wear test machine shows that combination of ferrous metal or alloys and engineering plastics shows comparatively low friction coefficients. Low friction coefficient was found for the combination of plasma spray engineering ceramic and plastics. The effects of velocity and load on the friction coefficients for a variety of material combinations were obtained.
