摘  要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对绍兴地区市售葱属类植物——大蒜、洋葱、葱中9种微量元素进行了测定分析.结果表明:大蒜、洋葱、葱中对人体有益的微量元素如Fe,Zn,Mn等含量丰富,对人体有害的Pb,Ni,Cd,Cr等含量较少.Co,Cd,Cr,Pb元素间、Co,Cd,Ni元素间、Zn,Co,Cr,Pb元素间含量呈显著相关.方法的回收率为92%~108%.The trace elements in garlic, onion and shallot sold in the area of Shaoxing were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrometry. The result shows that elements such as Fe, Zn and Mn which are beneficial to our health are abundant,while other elements like Pb,Ni,Cd, and Cr which are injurious to our health are poor. Positive correlations are showed among the elements within the group Co, Cd, Cr, Pb, as well as the other two groups Co, Cd, Ni and Zn, Co, Cr, Pb.The average recovery of this method was 92% - 108 %.
