摘　　要：目前,我国正在进行社会主义新农村建设,河北又是农业大省,面临许多机遇和挑战。河北农村人力资本巨大,但总体质量不高,严重影响了河北省社会主义新农村建设。因此,如何提高农村人力资本质量,加快河北省新农村建设,成为我们研究的理论课题。通过对河北省农村人力资本现状的调查,提出了提高河北省农村人力资本质量的对策。At present, our country is carrying out the building of socialist new countryside, and Hebei province is a agricultural province, facing many opportunities and challenges. The human resources in Hebei is enormous, but its quality is relatively low, which seriously affects the building of socialist country in Hebei province. Therefore, how to enhance the quality of rural human resources, fasten the construction of the new countryside in Hebei has become the theoretical subject of our study. Through the investigation to the current situation of rural human resources, the countermeasures to enhance its quality have been put forward.
