摘  要:^(60)Coγ射线对天宝香蕉试管芽的辐照试验结果表明:供试试管芽材料因大小不同对^(60)Coγ射线所表现的敏感性有明显的差异.其中以2.0-5.0mml/2纵切芽体最敏感,其次是2.0-5.0mm芽,而5.0~10.0mm芽最不敏感,它们的半致死剂量(LD_(50))分别是49.299Gy、57.431Gy和68.191Gy。^(60)Coγ射线对供试试管芽的生长量和芽增殖数有明显的影响,其严重度与剂量水平成负相关。它们的相关系数(r)分别为-0.879,-0.906。The experimental result of the irradiation of 60Co gamma ray to "Tianbao Banana" showedthat the sensitivities of tube-buds the diferent size to 60Co gamma ray were quite discrepant, of which thelongitudinally dissected tube-buds of 2. 0-5 .0 mm were the most sensitive, the 2.0-5. 0 mm budswere the next and the 5.0-10.0 mm buds had the laest sensitivity. Their semi-lethal doses were49 .299Gy, 57. 431Gy and 68. 191Gy respetivdy. The growth weight and proliferation quantity of experimental tube-buds after irradiation had obvious negative correlation to dose leves. Their rdative coefficents(r) were-0 .879 and-0. 906 respectively.
