摘 要:选取了悬浮式和悬挂式填料各一种,通过实验比较两者之间的差异。结果表明,组合式填料受投加率的影响低于立体网状填料,对立体网状填料而言,在一定范围内,随着填料投加率的增加,氧的传递系数逐渐增大,KLa(20℃)值比空白试验最大增加了90%;组合式填料挂膜速度快于立体网状填料;组合式填料反应器耐负荷冲击能力强于立体网状填料反应器,造成这种差异的主要原因是反应器内的生物膜数量不同。Two kinds of bio-media used in the bio-contact oxidation reactor were compared in this paper. The results showed that the dosage impact of combined media was more significant than that of web-like media. For web-like media, the oxygen transfer rate increased with the increasing of dosage. Contrast to blank test, the value of KLa(20℃) increased 90% at most. The bio-film developing on the combined media was more quickly than that on the web-like media. Combined media reactor was much better to suffer impact loading than the web-like media reactor, The major reason was the amount difference of the bio-film in two reactors.
