摘　　要：南京紫峰大厦地上70层,标高381m(不含天线桅杆),是集酒店、办公为一体的超高层建筑。主楼结构为钢框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构。由于该钢结构体量大、超高、超重、安装精度高等特点,给施工带来了很大困难,为此,采取了一些合理、有效的措施,使大厦钢结构安装顺利进行。Nanjing Zifeng Building, 381-meter high（excluding antenna mast）, is a super high rise building integrated with hotel and office. Main body is structured with steel frame-reinforced concrete core tube. Owing to super high-rise and heavy body and precise installation, the steel structure brings about difficulty in construction. Several reasonable and efficient measures taken, steel structure is being installed smoothly.
