摘 要:针对管板单面电阻点焊过程中接头变形对焊接质量影响较大的问题,通过电极位移曲线分析了管板单面点焊的变形过程以及工艺参数对接头变形和力学性能的影响,并利用伺服焊枪的可变电极力特性,研究了变电极力对管板单面点焊焊接质量的影响。结果表明:随着电极压力和焊接能量的递增,变形量呈线性增大,而拉剪强度则先增后降;在焊接阶段或保持阶段减小电极压力,能够有效减小变形量,增加焊点拉剪强度,有助于提高单面点焊的焊接质量。In the tube-sheet single sided spot welding (SSSW) process, welding quality is affected by welding deformation significantly. The deformation of tube-sheet SSSW was analyzed through electrode displacement and the influence of welding parameters on the deformation and mechanics properties of the SSSW joint was investigated. Then the effect of changing electrode force on the Welding quality of SSSW was studied using characteristics of electrode force of servo gun. The experimental results show that the deformation is linear with electrode force and welding energy. However, when high electrode force or welding current applied, the tensile strength is decreased. In the welding or holding stage, diminishing electrode force can reduce the deformation and increase tensile strength, which helos to imorove welding quality of SSSW.
