摘　　要：首次建立了测定中药制剂脉舒胶囊中木犀草素(luteolin)含量的高效液相色谱方法,选用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,检测波长为254nm,以甲醇-0.3%磷酸(50∶50)为流动相,流速1mL/m in洗脱。结果表明该方法具有分离效果好,测定准确,灵敏,专属性强等技术特点,已经应用于脉舒胶囊产品的质量控制。The HPLC method has been established for determination of luteolin in the Mai - Shu Capsule firstly. Through the Highly effective liquid chromatography, C- 18 column is mixed with methanol-0. 3% phosphoric acid solution （50： 50） as the mobile phase, and luteolin was determined with a UV detector at 254nm. The results showed this HPLC method was exclusive, accurate and rapid. It has been used for the controlling quality of the Mai - Shu Capsule.
