高效液相色谱法测定乳结消片中黄芩苷的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立乳结消片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法：高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为VP—ODS C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，51μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．2％磷酸溶液（30：70）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：280nm；柱温：25％，进样量：20μL。结果：黄芩苷在0．44～4．4μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为100．09％（RSD=1．03％）。结论：本方法操作简便、准确快速、重现性好，可用于乳结消片的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method of content determination of baicalin in Rujiexiao tablets. Method ： VP - ODS C18 （250mm × 4. 6mm, 5μm） was used as chromatographic column, acetonitrile - 0. 2% phosphoric acid （30：70） as mobile phase, with a flow rate at 1.0mL min^-1. The column temperature was 25℃, the detection wavelength at 280nm, and the sample size was 20μL. Results： The calibration curve of baicalin was linear within the range of 0. 44 - 4. 4μg （ r = 0. 9999 ）, the average recovery was 100. 09% （ RSD = 1.03% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of rejiexiao tablets.
