摘 要:生态包袱从输入端全面地揭示产品生产过程对自然资源的消耗和对生态环境的冲击,是从源头解决生态环境问题必须度量、监测和控制的重要指标之一。以东鞍山露天矿为研究对象,对其1995—2005年的生态包袱进行了详细的计算和分析,并对东鞍山露天矿生态包袱的减轻提出了建议。研究成果对定量研究矿产资源开发造成的生态压力、计算钢铁产品的生态包袱以及其他国家计算其进口的中国钢铁产品所对应的非直接投入具有较大的实用价值。Ecological rucksack fully reveals from the input end the impact of product manufacturing process on the natural resource consumption and the ecological environment, and is one of the main indicators that must be measured, monitored and controlled for the solution of ecological environment problems from the source. With Donganshan Iron Open-Pit Mine as the investigation object, detailed calculation and analysis are made of its ecological rucksack from 1995 to 2005 and suggestions are also made on alleviating the ecological rucksack of the mine. The research achievement will be of great practical significance to the quantitative research on the ecological pressure due to mineral resource exploitation, the calculation of the ecological rucksack of iron and steel products and the calculation of the indirect input related to the imported China steel products by other countries.
