摘  要:采用循环压制工艺对多层喷射沉积SiCp/7075复合材料进行致密化加工。研究了沉积坯料在不同压制温度、横向变形量、压下量条件下的致密化规律。测试了沉积坯料在循环压制后的力学性能。结果表明,在420℃进行循环压制,能有效改善颗粒间的结合状态,是适宜的致密化加工温度。在横向变形量为15%、压下量达到31%时,坯料前六层网格的横向变形量都可以达到15%,坯料各层网格的平均高向变形量最小为23.3%,最大为37.9%。经过一次双向压制后坯料的抗拉强度比原始坯料有较大提高,显示出循环压制工艺较好的致密化加工效果。Multi-layer spray depositing 7075/SiCp composites was densified by cyclic pressing. The effects of pressing temperatures, transverse deformation rate and reduction rate on the densification of the composites billets have been examined, and the mechanical properties of the cyclic pressed composites were tested. The results indicate that the spray deposited 7075/SiCp composites exhibit desirable metallurgical bonding with cyclic pressing at 420 ℃. All the transverse deformation rate of front six layer lattices in the composites can reach 15% and the average reduction rate of every lattice is 23.3% in minimum value and 37.9 in maximum value with the transverse deformation rate of 15% and reduction rate of 31%. The tensile strength of the composites after one cyclic pressing is greatly superior to that of the initial ones, exhibiting excellent densification effects of cyclic pressing.
