摘 要:目的:探讨腰围/身高比值(waist to height ratio,WHtR)用于对非肥胖者高血压风险的预测价值。方法:选取体质指数(BMI)<25的健康体检者,采用偏相关系数分析肥胖指数---WHtR、BMI、腰围及腰臀围比与血压的关系,Logistic回归分析控制年龄后各肥胖指数每升高1个标准差患高血压风险的比值比(OR值)及95%可信限。受试者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线分析各肥胖指数预测高血压的效能。结果:偏相关分析显示,调整年龄的影响后,各肥胖指数与血压显著相关,男、女性均以WHtR的相关系数最大。Logistic回归分析显示,WHtR预测高血压的OR值最大;ROC曲线分析显示,男、女性均以WHtR预测高血压的曲线下面积最大。结论:WHtR是有效的预测非肥胖者高血压的中心性肥胖指标。Objective:To evaluate the value of waist to height ratio (WHtR) as an abdominal obesity index for assessing hypertension risk among the non-obese individuals. Method:We compared body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, waist hip ratio(WHR) and WHtR as indexces for evaluation of hypertension in 610 men and 681 women with BMI 〈25. Partial correlation analysis, logistic regression analysis and receive operator characteristic(ROC) curve analysis were conducted. Result:Blood pressure was correlated positively with all anthropometric indexces, and the closest correlation was found for WHtR. As for the age-adjusted odds ratio (OR) of the prevalence of hypertension for one standard deviation increase in each anthropometric variable, OR was the highest for WHtR in both gendexs. In ROC curve analysis, the areas under curve (AUC) of WHtR in both gendexs were the largest among the four anthropometric indexces for hypertension. Conclusion:WHtR is a screening tool for hypertension among non-obese penson.
