摘　　要：仅仅拥有锰矿资源的储量优势是不够的。广西要打造全球一流的锰产品加工制造基地,只有立足资源,构筑"洼地",大力吸引外部人才、资金、技术等短缺经济要素进入,才能实现资源共享,优势互补,快速发展。There are inseparable relations in sharing manganese industries, manganese products. In order to make Guangxi to be the worldwide first class manganese manufacture basement. Guangxi manganese industry should make full use of its rich manganese recourses and the tight relationship among manganese industry; adopt vigorous measures to join the Beibu Gulf Economic cooperation.
