高层建筑与裙房基础连为整体时的沉降观测及分析

摘　　要：在西安地区,建筑物的计算沉降和实测沉降往往有较大的差异,根据计算值,高层建筑和多层裙房的基础之间必须设置沉降缝。通过对五个基础形式不同的工程实例的实测沉降进行分析和整理,阐述了高层建筑带多层裙房或仅带1~2层地下室时基础地下室连为整体不设沉降缝的可行性和可靠性,可为今后类似地基基础设计提供借鉴。There is much difference between the calculation and observation settlement of building in Xi＇an. According to the calculation result, the settlement joint must be set between the high-rise main building and the multi-layer podium. Based on the settlement observation data of five high-rise buildings with different foundation styles, the feasibility and reliability of no settlement joints when the high-rise building has multi-layer podium or 1 - 2 layer basement are discussed.
