摘  要:介绍一种用于升压型DC-DC转换器的动态斜坡补偿电路。从斜坡补偿的基本原理出发,实现补偿量随占空比的自动调节,避免因过补偿而带来的系统瞬态响应慢和带载能力低等不良影响。电路基于0.6um BiCMOS工艺设计,经Hspice仿真验证达到设计目标。A dynamic slope compensation circuit applied to boost DC-DC converters is introduced in this paper. Based on the principle of the slope compensation, a self-regulation of the compensation amount with different duty cycles is implemented in this circuit, which avoids some negative effects caused by excessive compensations, such as slow transient response speed of the system and low output current capability. This circuit is designed on the basis of 0.6um BiCMOS process and verified to achieve the designing purposes by Hspice simulation.
