摘　　要：Polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） is a commonly encountered disease in fertile women, clinically manifested by polymorphous comprehensive symptoms such as irregular menstruation, infertility, polytrichosis and obesity, and manifested by high levels of androgen, and no ovulation constantly shown by monophasic basal body temperature （BBT）. The therapeutic methods are medication for promoting ovulation and surgery, but, even certain therapeutic effect can be achieved, there is certain side effect and high cost. The author had treated 26 cases of PCOS by acupuncture. Now, the report is given in the following.
