摘  要:与经普通淬火和高温回火的相比,经磁场淬火和高温回火的T10钢的抗拉强度提高了28%,断后伸长率提高了8.6%,硬度提高了8 HRC。此外,磁场淬火还提高了T10钢的抗回火能力,这是由于磁场淬火后的钢中含有大量弥散碳化物所致。The tensile strength, elongation and hardness of T10 steel subjected to magnetic field quenching and to high temperature tempering were separately increased by 28%, by 8.6% and by 8 HRC as compared with those of the steel subjected to conventional quenching and to high temperature tempering. In addition, the magnetic field quenching will increase the resistance of the T10 steel to tempering because of a large amount of dispersed carbides in the steel after magnetic field quenching.
