摘　　要：近年来,PAG淬火剂的应用日益广泛。但是要能长期稳定地使用该淬火剂,必须注意下列要点:选用可靠的生产厂的产品,控制工件的材料和预先热处理的质量,有良好的淬火槽等设备条件,有必要的检测仪器,有良好的维护管理,热处理工艺合理等。In recent years,the application of PAG quenchant is being increasingly extensive. For the purpose of long-term and steady-going operation of this quenchant, however, attention is to be paid to the following key points ： select product from reliable manufacturer, control qualities of workpiece material and conditioning heat treatment, obtain well-desined quenching tank and other equipments,be equipped with necessary testers, aintain properly the quenchant,conduct properly heat treatment process and so on.
