摘　　要：某些Cr12型不锈钢零件时常出现表面裂纹,通过了解这些零件的生产过程、裂纹形态及其扩展方式等,采用模拟试验分析了裂纹的形成机制,在此基础上建立了分析Cr12型马氏体不锈钢零件淬裂原因的基本流程。Cracks occured frequently on the surface of certain parts made of Cr12 type stainless steels. Based on the realization of production process of the parts, crack patterns and expanding way and so on, the mechanism of crack formation was analyzed by using simulation test. Upon this, a primary flow chart was set up to analyz the reasons why cracks would occur in the parts of Cr12 type stainless steels during quenching.
