摘 要:建立了细辛脑中相关杂质的气相色谱快速分析方法。色谱柱为HP-1石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mmi.d.,1.5μm),检测器为FID氢火焰离子化检测器,柱温185℃。能够明确的测定细辛脑中3种物质:β-细辛脑、2,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛、1-(2,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1-丙醇。细辛脑进样量在0.010~10.140μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,方法平均回收率为99.5%(n=9),细辛脑的检出限为0.304 ng。该方法对细辛脑合成工艺优化和样品的质量控制均具有指导作用。A capillary gas chromatographic method for analyzing asarone and its related substances was established. The sample was analyzed on a HP-1 capillary column (30 m × 0.530 mm i.d., 1.5 μm), the detector was flame ionization detector (FID) and the column temperature was set at 185 ℃. The method can be used for the determination of three compounds : β-asarone, 2, 4, 5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde, 1-( 2,4, 5-trimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanol. The linear range for the detection of asarone was 0.010 - 10. 140μg ( r = 0.9995), the average recovery of the method was 99.5% ( n = 9), and the detection limit of asarone was 0.304 ng. The established GC method is accuracy and sensible for asarone determination. It will play an important role in quality control of synthetic process.
