摘　　要：高校图书馆的文献整理与建设是一个互相影响的科学体系,对图书、期刊、报纸文献的整理涉及到图书馆文献建设的方方面面。科学的整理与利用将会为高校的发展贡献宝贵的资源。The collation and construction of university hbrary collection is an interactive scientific system. The document collation of books, periodical, and newspaper involves every aspect of construction of library collection. So the scientific collation and use will provide valuable resources for the development of universities.
