摘  要:水电站和调度部门通常把避免或减少弃水视为提高水电站经济效益的重要指标,当水电站入库流量接近全厂机组额定流量时,通过降低运行水位,利用机组大流量下泄可以避免或减少弃水。但研究和实际运行情况表明,在某些条件下,合理弃水增发的电量多于避免或减少弃水增发的电量。文中通过理论分析和实例计算,对水电站弃水合理性进行了分析,给出了水电站减少弃水增发电量和合理弃水增发电量的判断条件,纠正了在大流量条件下减少弃水就能增发电量的错误观点,对提高水电站经济效益有重要意义。Usually, hydropower stations and dispatching centers regard avoiding or decreasing abandoned water as an important index of raising economic benefits of hydropower stations. When the reservoir inflow is close to the rated flow of all generators of the stations, lowering the operation water level and discharging largely through generating sets can help avoid or decrease abandoned water. However, research and practice show that in some situations, the increased electricity generated by reasonably abandoned water is more than that by avoided or decreased abandoned water. The rationality of abandoned water of hydropower stations is analyzed theoretically with examples. The criterion for increasing electricity generation through decreasing abandoned water or abandoning water rationally is proposed, and the wrong viewpoint that decreasing abandoned water can increase electricity generation is corrected, which is important for raising economic benefits of hydropower stations.
