临床护理路径在腰椎间盘突出术患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的建立完善的腰椎间盘突出手术病人的临床护理路径。方法采用随机抽样法把病人分成两组，每组60例。对照组60例病人采用常规医嘱护理，观察组60例病人采用制订好的临床护理路径进行护理，观察两组病人住院天数、医疗费用、卧床时间、并发症发生率及病人满意度有无差异。结果观察组病人住院时间、卧床时间、并发症发生率比对照组明显减少，满意度与对照组相比有明显提高，控制了一定的医疗费用。结论临床护理路径在腰椎间盘突出手术病人中的应用可提高工作效率和病人的满意度，可控制成本和保证护理质量。Objective Set up the clinic of the perfect prolapsed intervertebral disc operation patient of waist and attend to the route. Methods Federation of trade unions of Kweichow Province, 30 every groups. Contrasting 30 patients of the group adopts the routine doctor＇s order to attend to, 30 patients of group of the experiment adopt and make the good clinical route to attend to and attend to. Observe two groups of patients and in hospital on day, Hospitalization cost, time of lying in bed. There are differences between complication incidence and patient＇s satisfaction. Results Patient of experiment group hospital stays, time of lying in bed, the complication incidence obviously reduces than to contrast the group, satisfaction compares and obviously improves with contrasting the group, have controlled certain hospitalization cost. Conclusion Clinical to attend to route prolapsed intervertebral disc operation application of the patient can improve working efficiency and satisfaction of patient in waist, can control the cost and guarantee to attend to quality.
