对扩招形势下研究生德育工作模式的探索——以合肥工业大学为例

摘　　要：文章对扩招形势下研究生德育工作特点进行了分析和研究,指出了高校原有研究生德育工作模式存在的不足,提出了一种新的研究生德育工作两级管理模式。并以合肥工业大学为例,从工作体制、队伍建设、工作机制三个方面详细阐述了所提出两级管理模式的具体内容。On the basis of deep analysis and research on the model of postgraduate moral education, the author points out the deficiency of the original model. Meanwhile, a new two-grade management model of postgraduate moral education is put forward. And being combined with the sample of Hefei University and Technology, the two-grade management model is in detailed explanation from aspects of working system, team construction and operating mechanism.
