摘　　要：野外实习是高等学校地学学科教学过程中一个非常重要的环节,是培养理工科学生具有宽厚的基础知识、敏捷的思维能力、勇于创新、敢于探索、掌握过人本领的重要措施之一。巢湖地学实习基地交通条件便利,自然现象集中、清晰、保存完好,教学内容丰富、典型、研究程度高,后勤服务设施齐全,管理模式先进,它的建设与发展为开展野外教学实习、科学研究、科学旅游和发展地方经济提供了良好场所。Outdoor practice is one of the important links of the geology teaching process in universities and colleges, one of the important measures that trains a student major in science and engineering academics to have generous foundation knowledge, to be quick in thought, to be brave to innovate, to explore and have superior skills. Chaohu geology practice base, with convenient transportation condition, concentrated, clear, and well-kept natural phenomena, typical, abundant content of teaching, high research degree, sound equipment of logistic service, advanced management style, is a good place for carrying on the outdoor teaching practice, science study, science travel, and developing the local economy.
