摘　　要：从科技期刊建设的实际出发,就如何用科学发展观引领科技期刊建设的创新发展进行了探讨,提出了坚持科学发展观,准确把握期刊的发展方向;坚持内涵式发展,牢固树立特色办刊理念;坚持可持续发展,不断提高期刊学术质量;坚持以人为本,充分调动读者的主观能动性等基本观点。From the practice of construction of scientific and technological journals, this paper carries a research on innovative development of the journals with the outlook of scientific development. These methods are to strictly adhere to the direction of scientific development, to pursuit the concept of producing characteristic journals, to keep sustainable development, to improve quality of journals, and to respect both authors and readers, etc.
