摘　　要：分析在医学期刊编辑工作中,编辑在审校稿件时必须具备的基本素质:要有强烈的全局意识、品牌意识、市场意识、法律意识、还要具备辩证思维、形象思维、逻辑推理思维方式,同时要具备扎实过硬的业务能力,如医学专业能力、文字驾驭能力、综合分析概括能力、计算机使用能力、信息处理能力以及经营管理能力和社会活动外交能力。As an editor for a medical journal, the essential qualities are analyzed and listed as follows： global consciousness, brand consciousness, market consciousness and law consciousness;skills of diatectic thinking, logical thinking and thinking in images; and professional proficiencies including medical speciality, lileracy, epagoge, illafion, computering, information-processing and marketing.
