建立专业科技期刊审稿专家库的构想——以水利水电工程专业为例

摘　　要：分析了选择专业科技期刊审稿人的途径,提出了建立专业科技期刊审稿专家资料库的思路和方法。同时指出,在审稿专家库的应用过程中,可根据稿件的主题内容和研究方向、稿件的层次、审稿专家的兴趣、网络预约等方式选择审稿人。Having analyzed the way to choose manuscript reviewers for a sci -tech journal, we think it＇s necessary to build up a database of the reviewers. By using the database, we may choose and invite a veviewer online, considering the reviewer＇ s interests and achievements in some research field.
