摘  要:在带钢连续退火炉中带温对炉温的响应具有严重的非线性和滞后性,针对该问题,基于带钢连续退火炉热过程的数学模型,开发了一套开放式连续退火炉炉温优化计算机数值仿真系统,系统包括炉温启发式优化策略及其算法,该算法主要由滚动优化和启发式参数调整规则构成.通过数值仿真研究,表明该算法具有线性收敛特性,带钢的目标温度与带钢的计算温度十分接近,间接证明了该算法的正确可靠性.In continuous annealing furnace (CAF), the response of strip temperature to furnace temperature is severely nonlinear and hysteretic. An open simulation system for CAF temperature optimization based on heat transfer process mathematical model was put forward. The system includes a furnace temperature heuristic optimization strategy which mainly composed of loop optimization and heuristic rules for parameter adjustment, The numerical simulation showed that the strategy was approximately linearly convergent. The calculated strip temperatures were close to target temperatures, which indirectly validated the strategy.
