摘　　要：产业集群研究的一个主要课题是产业集群和技术创新的关系。通过对产业集群技术创新的缄默知识论和创新环境论的研究,得出:缄默知识是产业集群更重要的知识资源,是产业集群技术创新成功的一个不可或缺的变量;环境是创新赖以进行的一个重要意境,是产业集群形成社会支持系统、环境为创新提供了条件,创新过程的结果就会形成产业集群。The relationship between Industrial clusters and technique innovation is one of the important subjects for Industrial clusters studying. By analyzing the tacit knowledge and its application environment in industrial clusters, it is indicated that the tacit knowledge is important knowledge resource for industrial cluster, and it is an indispensable variable for industrial cluster to become successful in technique innovation. Environment is an important condition on that innovation depends, and the innovation can result in the forming of industrial clusters.
