浅论韧系统方法分析铜川循环经济场

摘　　要：将铜川市的各种资源——自然资源、经济资源、文化资源、历史资源等全面纳入循环经济场,将循环经济模式融入城市发展的整体规划之中,将可持续发展作为城市发展的长期目标,进而综合平衡建构一种以循环为核心内涵的场态经济体。在循环经济场中,涉及的问题往往都有极其复杂的巨系统问题,其中软、硬要素交织缠绕。在这种情况下,韧系统分析方法则融合了软、硬系统分析方法的长处,将二者的优势结合到一起,从而使其成为循环经济场系统分析中的新方法。All kinds of resources in Tongchuan, such as natural resources, economic resources, culture resources and historic resources, should be involved in the field of cyclic economy, the mode of cyclic economy should be infused into the whole plan of the city, and the sustainable development must be taken as a long - term project in order to construct an balanced field of circular economy. The field of circular economy involves very complicated issues in huge system, which enlaces different soft and hard factors. Flexible system approach integrate the superiorities of different systems approach, which makes it become a new method for analyzing the field of circular economy.
