国产洛伐他汀调血脂作用多中心临床研究

摘　　要：对国产洛伐他汀进行多中心临床研究，洛伐他汀用药４、８周ＴＣ分别降低２２．３％及２６．２％，ＬＤＬ－Ｃ分别降低２８．１％及３３．５％，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ分别升高８．８％及１１．７％，（ＴＣ－ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）／ＨＤＬ－Ｃ比值降低２９．５％及３７．２％。对高胆固醇血症合并高甘油三酯血症患者可使血清ＴＧ水平分别降低２１．５％及２８．２％。国产洛伐他汀对高脂血症患者调血脂临床疗效及不良反应与进口产品美降之基本相同。The lipid regulating effects of lovastatin developed by Ocean University of Qingdao was investigated and compared with those of imported lovastatin(Mevacor) in patients with hyperlipidemia.The results showed that domestic lovastatin had beneficial regulating effects on serum lipid and lipoprotein profiles in hyperlipidemic patients.Four and eight weeks after use of domestic lovastatin,serum total cholesterol(TC) level decreased by 22.3%,26.2%,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C) decreased by 28.1%,33.5%,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) level increased by 8.8%,11.7% and (TC LDL C)/HDL C ratio decreased by 29.5%,37.2%,respectively.Serum triglyceride(TG) level in patients with hypertriglyceridemia(≥1.58mmol/L)decreased by 21.5%,28.2% respectively.Domestic lovastatin by Ocean University of Qingdao,with mild side effects,had satisfactory lipid regulating effects similar to those of Mevacor.
