摘 要:通过分析弹靶结构,优选可靠的分析方法,对小型半穿甲侵爆战斗部毁伤多层靶板目标的威力进行了理论计算,并利用AUTODYN-2D计算软件,建立了最优化数学模型,对侵彻与爆炸成坑过程进行了分段数值仿真,并与相关实弹数据进行比较,各组数据均显示该种结构的侵爆战斗部在特定弹目交汇条件下,弹体强度满足要求不会产生明显变形,峰值过载不超过装药应力安全限,而且爆破中心位置理想,毁伤效果满足战术指标要求,仿真结果具有较高的可信度,可为同类战斗部的方案设计提供参考。By analyzing the structure of the warhead and target, credible analysis method was chosen, and the damage effect of the semi-armour piercing and penetrate-blast minitype warhead destroying the multi-layer target was analyzed in theory. Using the computing software AUTODYN-2D, the optimization mathematic model was built, and the damage process of penetrating and blasting was simulated, and then the results were contrasted with the data of some correlated live ammunitions. Each group of data shows that, under the specific warhead/target initial conditions, the body intensity of the penetrate-blast warhead of that structure meets the specification and would not transform obviously, and the peak value of the overload would not exceed the safety limit of its charge stress, and furthermore the position of explosion center is perfect, and the damage effect meets the specification too. The simulated results are creditable, they could give some reference to the scheme design of the like warhead.
