摘　　要：根据军队医院制剂生产的特殊性和《医疗机构制剂配制质量管理规范》(GPP)建设的必要性,从制剂室的实际状况出发,规范地、合理地提出一套适合于军队医院制剂室GPP建设的策略,力求在较短时间内达到GPP要求。According to the specificity of the preparation in a military hospital and the necessity of applying good preparation practice （ GPP）, we put forward a strategy for the reconstruction of the preparation department in military hospitals, which is meant to be normative and reasonable on a fully considered base, and to meet the GPP requirements within a shorter period of time.
