摘 要:目的对汕头市18-60岁社区女性登革热相关知识、态度、行为进行基线调查,并分析相关的影响因素,为登革热的防治提供基础资料。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取汕头市18-60岁社区女性为调查对象,采用统一调查表、面对面访谈方式调查其登革热基本知识、种养水生植物的态度和相关行为,并用多因素logistic回归分析筛选该人群种养水生植物的影响因素。结果共调查791人,对登革热防治知识3个基本问题的正确回答率为68.65%,其中,本地人口(69.83%)高于流动人口(55.38%)(P〈0.05);各年龄组正确回答率在59.43%-78.75%之间(P〈0.01);随文化层次的提高,正确回答率从16.67%(文盲)上升到87.50%(大专或以上)(rspearman’S=1,P〈0.05);各职业人群正确回答率均不同(P〈0.01)。有30.21%(239人)表示喜欢种养水生植物,35.52%(281人)表示有种养水生植物。logistic回归分析表明,喜欢种养水生植物的信念(OR=14.35,P〈0.01)和大年龄组人群(OR=1.33,P〈0.05)是种养水生植物的危险因素,而有登革热防治知识并不能改变种养水生植物的行为。结论汕头市社区女性登革热防治知识、态度和行为水平不高,应在社区中开展有关登革热的健康教育和健康促进活动,以改变居民种养水生植物的行为,预防伊蚊孳生。Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) related to dengue fever as well as involved factors in community. Methods Multi-stage randomized cluster sampling method was performed to interview face-to-face by uniform questionnaires among female community residents aged 18 -60 years old in Shantou city. Related knowledge, attitude and behavior of dengue fever as weU as information on growing water plant were surveyed. Descriptive statistics and multi-factor logistic regression analysis were used to find their relationships. Results The rate of knowledge related to dengue fever prevention and control was 68.65% (543)in total 791 interviewers, with higher knowledge rate in native population than in floating population ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The Knowledge rate ranged from 59.43% to 78.75% (P 〈0. 01 ) in all age groups. Different education levels had different rates ( P 〈0.01 ), increased from 16.67% in lowest education level ( illiteracy ) to 87.50% in highest level ( university or above ) , rspearman'S = 1 ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There observed different rate in each occupation ( P 〈 0. 01 ). 30. 21% ( 239 ) intended to grow water plant while 35.52% ( 281 ) surveyed people admitted grew water plants. Multi-factor logistic regression analysis indicated that the attitudes towards growing water plants ( OR = 14.35, P 〈 0. 01 ) and old age group ( OR = 1.33, P 〈 0.05 ) were the related factors of the behavior to grow water plants whereas knowledge about prevention dengue fever couldn't change this behavior. Conclusion There observed low level of KAP towards dengue fever prevention and control in the community female residents and more measures on health education and promotion should introduced immediately to change behaviors of growing water plants as breeding grounds of mosquitoes.
