摘 要:选用苦味酸添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作为蚀刻液对老化汽轮机转子钢试样进行侵蚀。通过正交试验及老化汽轮机转子钢试样的微观结构,确定最佳试验条件为:饱和苦味酸溶液、SDBS0.005 mol/L、pH值2.0、时间35 min、温度25℃。试验结果表明,5个因素对晶界宽度影响的顺序为:苦味酸浓度、pH值、SDBS浓度、温度、时间。利用Photoshop对转子钢试样微观结构进行测量分析,确定出韧脆转变温度(FATT)的影响因素;用SPSS软件进行多元线性回归分析,建立了FATT50预测模型;用A2、A2a两个试样对模型进行验证,其误差在±20℃之内。The solution of picric acid and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS) has been used to corrode the aged turbine rotor steel sample. Through orthoganal test and observation of the microstructure for the aged turbine rotor steel specimen,the optimal test condition has been determined,i.e.a saturated picric acid solution,SDBS 0.005 mol/L,pH 0.2,35 min,and 25 ℃.Results show that the sequence of five affecting factors upon the width of grain boundary is as follows: picric acid concentration,pH value,SDBS concentration,temperature,and time.The microstructure of samples has been measured and analysed by using the Photoshop instrument,the affecting factors upon the Fracture Appearance Transition Temperature(FATT) being determined;a multiple linear regression analysis has been carried out by using SPSS,and the FATT50 prediction model being established.The model has been verified by using two samples,i.e.A2 and A2a,the prediction errors to be in a range of ±20 ℃.
