摘 要:提出了一种以能量守恒定律为基础,用于加热法测量流动湿蒸汽湿度的计算表达式,并以此设计了一种彼此同心、相互绝热和绝缘的双层套管直接加热的实现流动湿蒸汽湿度测量的仪器。在该仪器中,双层套管的内、外层加热管均直接作为电加热元件。内层管用来加热湿蒸汽取样,使之变成过热蒸汽;外层管加热以维持内外层管壁具有相同的温度,实现内层管对湿蒸汽加热时的零散热损失。测出内层管对流动湿蒸汽取样的加热量、流动湿蒸汽的压力、湿蒸汽取样加热后得到的过热蒸汽的压力和温度以及湿蒸汽取样的流量,按照所提出的流动湿蒸汽湿度的计算表达式,可准确地测出流动湿蒸汽的湿度。Based on the energy conservation law,an expression formula for calculating the wetness of flowing wet steam measured by heating method for directly heating two concentric sleeve pipes,which are thermally isolated and electrically insulated from each other,an instrument used for measuring wetness of the flowing wet steam has been designed.In this instrument,both inner and outer pipes of the two concentric sleeve pipes are directly used as electrically heating elements.The inner pipe is used to heat the wet steam sample for converting it into superheated steam;the outer pipe is heated for maintaining the inner pipe-wall and the outer pipe-wall at a same temperature,to realize zero dissipation heat loss in heating the wet steam by using the inner pipe.The wetness of flowing wet steam can be accurately calculated by using the expression formula after measuring and substituting the heat quantity used for heating the flowing wet steam sample by the inner pipe,the pressure of flowing wet steam at inlet of the instrument,as well as pressure and temperature of the superheated steam obtained from the flowing wet steam sample heated by the inner pipe,the pressure of flowing wet steam at inlet of the instrument,as well as pressure and temperature of the superheated steam obtained from the flowing wet steam sample heated by the inner pipe,and the flow rate of flowing wet steam.
