摘  要:提出了低压锅炉给水软化处理过程钠离子交换器再生终点除应监测硬度外,应同时监测氯离子。监测氯离子有利于对运行锅炉结垢的原因进行分析,根据多个监测实例的可靠数据总结归纳出判断锅炉结垢趋势的浓缩倍数差判据,并以实例说明浓缩倍数差判据的正确性和应用方法。On the basis of analyzing the softening water treatment process in low-pressure operating boiler, indicated that the regenerating bourn of sodium ion exchange is used to monitor not only the hardness, but also the chlorine ion. The monitoring of chlorine ion is favor of analyzing the reason of scale in the operating boiler. According to the reliable data of many monitoring examples, this paper summarized a criterion of concentrated multiple difference for the judgment of scaling tendency. And then, examples are given to show the correcmess and the application method of this criterion.
