摘 要:目的识别、评价某粮食辐照加工项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,探讨其防护对策和管理措施。方法综合运用检查表法、类比调查和理论计算等建设项目职业病危害预评价方法进行分析评价。结果该建设项目投产后可能存在的职业病危害因素有电离辐射、粉尘、毒物、噪声和高温等。与传统的粮食加工项目不同,电离辐射是该项目最主要的职业病危害因素;总体布局、职业病危害防护措施、职业卫生管理和事故应急措施等符合国家有关要求。结论经综合分析,该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素是可以预防和控制的。Objective To identify and evaluate the occupational disease hazardous factors in a foodstuff radiation processing project, and to analyze the effect of preventive measures and managements. Methods Methods of check lists, analogy and theoretic account designed for radiation room were utilized to predict the occupational disease hazards in the project. Results The major occupational disease hazardous factors were radiation, dusts, poisonous chemicals, noise, high temperature, etc, and radiation was the most important one. Selection of the construction site, overall layout, arrangement and layout of the facilities, protection measures of occupational disease hazards, hygienic auxiliary houses, occupational health management and emergency measures accorded with the requirements of laws and legislation of occupational health, Conclusion With synthetical analysis, occupational disease hazardous factors in the radiation processing project can be prevented and controlled.
