东北刺人参化学成分及药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：东北刺人参中含有多种皂甙、挥发油、黄酮、蒽醌、脂肪酸等主要化学成分.该植物对动物的中枢神经系统、心血管系统、垂体、肾上腺皮质的功能具有一定影响,同时具有抗炎、抗衰老、抗菌、解热镇痛的药理作用,文中对其化学成分及药理作用进行了综述,并提出了对未来研究的展望.　The main chemical components of Oplopanax elatus are saponins,volatile oil,flavonoids,anthraquinones,fatty acids etc.This plant affects the function of animal＇s central nervous system,cardiovascular system,pituitary and adrenal cortex.It possess the pharmacological effects of anti-inflammatory,anti-aging,antibacterial and antipyretic analgesic.In this paper,the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Oplopanax elatus are reviewed,the research prospect of Oplopanax elatus is also analyzed.
