摘  要:目的:研究捏脊疗法治疗小儿外感发热的免疫及肠道微生态机制。方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR法,分别将40例外感发热患儿分为两组,对其粪便标本中的双歧杆菌(Bifidobacteria)和肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的DNA进行荧光定量,比较治疗前后菌群变化、血清C-反应蛋白等。结果:治疗组粪便标本中的双歧杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而肠杆菌数量与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组B/E值也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:捏脊疗法可以提高以双歧杆菌为代表的厌氧菌数量,改善菌群分布结构,恢复机体的免疫屏障和化学屏障,使肠道定植抗力增强,抑制潜在致病菌群的增长,有维持局部免疫的功能,可以使小儿外感发热患者体温下降,症状改善。Objective:To study the immunization and intestinal canal microecosystem mechanism of chiropractic in treating children's fever caused by exogenous pathogens.Methods:40 patients with children's fever caused by exogenous pathogens were divided into two groups by the method of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Then the DNA of bifidobacteria and escherichia coli in their dejecta samples were measured with fluorescence.The changes of bacteria groups,C-Reaction protein were contrasted before and after the treatment.Results:Bifidobacteria quantity of treatrnent group was apparently higher than that of control group(P〈0.05),while escherichia coli quantity in both groups had no obvios difference(P〉0.05),Tthe B/E value of treatment was apparently higger than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conelusion:Chiropractic can inerease the anaerobe quantitative represented by bitidobacteria,improve the distribution,recove the immunization function and chemical protection ,enhance the intestinal resistance colonization and resist the growing of bacteria group potentially caused disease ,It has the function of sustain part-immunization,and it can not only reduce the temperature of the patients with fever caused by exogenouspathogens ,but improve their symptoms and signs.
