摘  要:针对稠油热采井高周期吞吐生产出砂问题,为提高能量亏空井冲砂作业施工效果,通过对冲砂施工工艺质量功能展开,得出了同心双管双级冲砂管柱研制思路,并依次展开设计公关,设计完成同心双管双级冲砂封隔器及施工工艺,通过对系统的故障模式与影响分析,进一步改进了设计和工艺,在十口稠油出砂井的施工试验中取得了良好的效果。In view of the issue of short cyclic sand production in the process of taking in and sending out, a new idea to develop concentric dual and double-stage sand washing pipe strings has been gotten from the study of technology quality and function in the sand washing construction, the purpose of which is to improve the effect of sand washing operation in energy shortfall wells. Then the packer of concentric dual and double-stage and construction technology have been designed and finally completed based on this idea. By means of the analysis of the system failure mode and influences, the further improvement is implemented on the design and tech- nology. At last, it is revealed that there are good effects in ten wells test.
