摘　　要：通过对安棚、赵凹区块钻具早期先期失效现状调查,得出了钻具早期失效的主要模式及产生原因。通过对故障模式影响分析,制定了改进钻具结构改善钻具螺纹加强钻井液维护与处理等改进对策,通过采用有效措施减轻复杂应力的现场应用取得了良好的效果。By means of the survey at Anpeng and Zhaowa Blocks, the main modes and the causes of drilling tool failure in earlier period are found out. Then, through the analysis of failure mode influence, some improvement countermeasures are established, which include the improvement of drilling structure and screw thread, enhancement of drilling liquid maintenance and treatment. Finally, the good effect has been achieved in the work-site application by the adoption of effective methods to reduce the complicated stress.
