摘 要:通过对钻井泵结构特征和失效机理的分析,指出润滑油分析技术是保证钻井泵运行可靠性的一种有效方法。给出润滑油分析技术的采样方法、分析仪器及将铁谱与光谱分析相结合提高诊断和分析准确率的方法。通过润滑油分析可及时发现并预测钻井泵的故障,避免重大事故发生,给预防性维修提供理论依据和实际指导,从而提高了钻井泵的运行可靠性。Based on the analysis of drilling pump structure characteristics and failure mechanism, it is pointed out that the lubricating oil analysis technology is an effective method of guaranteeing the reliability of drilling pump operation. Then, the presentation is given to the method of its oil sampling, analytical instrument and how to improve fault diagnosis and analysis accuracy by combining iron spectrum with spectroscopic analysis. By means of lubricating oil analysis, the fault of drilling pump can be found and predicated in time, and then the big accidents can be avoided in the end. In fact, this way can provide theoretical basis and practical instruction for prevention repair, and thus improving the reliability of the drilling pump operation.
