摘　　要：通过可靠性原理对油田抽油机使用寿命进行了研究,得出了抽油机使用过程中的劣化规律,提出了抽油机的合理大修周期和最佳使用寿命,最终为油田企业的设备报废机制提供理论支持,从而大大减少了设备使用过程中的安全损失。The research focuses on the lifetime of well pump unit in oilfields according to the reliability principle. The worsen law of pump unit in the application has been drawn from the study. Then the sensible overhaul period and the optimal working life of pump unit are proposed. The above researches finally provide the theoretical basis for device abandonment mechanism of oilfield enterprises and reduce the loss resulted from safety problem in the process of device operation.
