血清CEA、NSE、CA_(50)联检与肺癌相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过对血清、胸腔积液中癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、糖抗原50(CA50)肿瘤标志物(TM)联检的方法,探讨TM与肺癌的相关性,寻找提高肺癌诊断的阳性率及预后评估的最佳手段。方法对91例肺癌患者分别于治疗前、治疗后第6周、第6个月通过血清进行CEA、NSE、CA50单检和联检。结果肺癌患者血清中3种TM含量明显高于对照组,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);术后残留和转移倾向者TM含量回落不显著;血清CEA+NSE+CA50联合检测阳性率分别可达91.2%,明显高于单检(P<0.01)。结论联检血清CEA+NSE+CA50可提高肺癌诊断的阳性率,对肺癌的早期诊断具有重要作用,尤其对术后疗效及转移的评估具有特异的价值。Objective To study relativity of tumor marker （ TM ） and particularity indexed sign for lung cancer through TM about CEA,NSE,CA50 in serum and hydrothorax, seeks a best method that enhances lung cancer diagnosis rate and the prognosis appraisal. Methods 91 lung cancer patients were detected CEA,NSE,CA50 in serum and hydrothorax separately the treatment before and after the 6th week, the 6th month. Results TM in serum and hydrothorax of the patients with lung cancer was higher than those of the contrast group,it was significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）, the patients after the tumor remains and shifts the content of TM recedes not obviously; synthesis de- tected CEA ＋ NSE ＋ CA50in serum and hydrothorax,it＇ s positive rate was 91.2% （ P 〈 0.01 ） o It is higher than single detected obviously. Conclusions The synthesis detection of CEA ＋ NSE ＋ CA50 in serum and hydrothorax can heighten positive rate of lung cancer diagnosis, it has a important value in diagnosis early . especially the appraisal of curative effect and the shift has the special value after the tech-nique.
