摘  要:为了解流体在不同流动方向下锯齿型错列翅片的传热及阻力性能,定义了流体在翅片内的流动角度β,以单层翅片为测试对象进行试验研究,按照正交设计法并结合实际情况进行16组翅片的试件安排,得到了不同雷诺数下各翅片的传热及阻力特性。结果表明:当β从0°增大到90°时,翅片的传热因子和摩擦因子均增大;翅片齿距与齿高的增大都有利于提高翅片的传热性能,但同时摩擦损失也相应增大。通过对16组翅片的233个数据点进行拟合得到本试验条件范围内锯齿型翅片关于雷诺数、流动角度及各几何参数的传热因子和摩擦因子的试验关联式,传热因子的试验关联式对于97.4%的试验数据误差小于±15%,其平均偏差为5.21%;摩擦因子的试验关联式对于87.6%的试验数据误差在±15%内,其平均偏差为5.73%。In order to investigate the thermal-hydraulic performance of offset strip fins at different fluid flow directions, the flow angle β of working fluid flowing through the offset strip fin was defined. Taking the single layer fin as test object and according to the orthogonal design combined with various practical conditions, the 16 schemes of test specimen array were designed and experimented for studying their characteristics at different Reynolds numbers. The experimental results show that, when the flow angle increases from 0° to 90°, both the heat transfer factors and friction factors increase. The augmentations of interfins space and fin height are beneficial to improving the fin heat transfer performance, but also aggravate the friction losses. The 233 data points from 16 fin specimens were regressed, and under the experimental conditions, the empirical correlations of heat transfer factor and friction factor with Reynolds numbers, flow angles and geometrical parameters were fitted. The fitting error of heat transfer factor is less than ±15% for 97.4% data with the mean deviation of 5.21%, and the fitting error of friction factor is within ± 15% for 87.6% data with the mean deviation of 5.73%.
