摘　　要：FCF工艺是一种将传统板料成形和体积成形特点和优点相结合的新工艺,介绍了FCF工艺的分类和特点以及杯形件拉深和挤压成形工艺特点,并通过管座零件的成形模拟,进行了成形工艺和复合挤压模设计,取得了较好的效果。FCF （Flow Control Forming） is a new technique that combines the characteristics and advantages of conventional metal sheet forming and volume forming. The grouping and characteristics of the technique were presented. The drawing and extrusion forming of cup shell components were discussed. A design of forming process and compound extrusion die for a tube stand was carried out based on the computer simulation.
