摘  要:螺旋肋钢丝、异形钢棒和光圆钢棒是近年开发的高强钢丝新品种。对112个拉拔试件进行了单调加载下的拔出试验研究,分析了3种新型高强预应力钢筋的外形特征,通过拉拔试验,探讨了其与混凝土的粘结锚固特性和受力破坏全过程,研究了影响粘结锚固性能的主要因素,并统计回归了高强预应力钢筋的锚固强度计算公式。试验研究表明,螺旋肋钢丝与异形钢棒在拔出过程中均发生明显的转动现象,荷载—滑移曲线形状均呈偏态的多峰衰减曲线,其粘结性能比光圆钢棒强而可靠,且锚固延性好,即使滑移很大时,仍能维持相当的锚固力。In recent years, round steel bar, deformed steel bar and helical rib steel wire lor prestressed concrete are new londs o! high strength prestressed reinforcement. As many as 112 specimens are studied with pullout test under monotonic loading. The characteristics of 3 different surface configurations of reinforcements are analyzed. The bond behavior with concrete and the whole processes of bond failure of various reinforcements are studied. The main influences on bond anchorage performance are discussed as well. Based on the experimental results, the equation to analyze bond strength for new types of helical high-strength prestressed reinforcement is derived. The phenomenon as follows is found during analysis. Rotation occurs obviously during the pullout processes of helical rib steel wire and deformed steel bar. The load-slip curves of these two kinds of bars are skewed, multimedal and damped. The bonding properties of these two kinds of bars are much better than that of round steel bar. Further more, the anchorage toughness is fine. In other word, considerable anchorage force can be expected as large slip.
