摘  要:目的研究乳化异氟醚和脂肪乳加入心脏保存液,对心脏复灌后的缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法采用大鼠Langen-dorff心脏灌流及低温保存缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定乳化异氟醚和脂肪乳对心脏机械功能、冠脉流出液中磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和心梗面积的影响。结果乳化异氟醚和脂肪乳均可显著增强左室发展压(LVDP),显著减少冠脉流出液中CK和LDH的含量,减少心梗面积。结论乳化异氟醚和脂肪乳加入心脏保存液能改善心脏机械功能,减少CK、LDH的释放,并缩小心梗面积。OBJECTIVE To investigate the cardioprotective effects of emulsified isofluane on ischemia - reperfusion injury after three hours cold storage. METHODS Isolated rat hearts were perfused with Krebs - Henseleit solution (KHS)and stored in four different cardioplegic solutions. After storage, hearts were reperfused for 2 hours with KHS. Left ventricular development pressure (LVDP) , maximum rate of pressure increase, minimum rate of pressure decrease (dp/dtmin) , coronary flow (CF) , Creatinine kinase (CK) , Lactate dehydrogenate ( LDH ) , and infarct size ( IS ) were measured individually. RESULTS The addition of emulsified isofiurane and intralipid to the preservation solution, improved the recovery of mechanical function ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , decreased the release of LDH and CK(P 〈0.05 ) and reduced the IS(P 〈0.05 ) of the heart during reperfusion, compared with ST- Ⅱ group. There was no siginigficant difference between El group, E5 group and Inralipid group with respects of LVDP % , dp/dtmax, myocardial enzyme activity and infarct size. CONCLUSION Emulsified isofiurane and Intralipid are beneficial to the donor hearts.
